Ranking in a niche market with massive untapped search demand

TerraSlate makes waterproof, rip-proof paper - a product that eliminates the need for lamination entirely. Restaurant menus, outdoor signage, marine charts, construction documents - anyone who needs paper that survives real-world conditions is a buyer.

The problem: despite having a better product than most competitors, TerraSlate had virtually zero organic search presence. Buyers searching 'waterproof paper for printer', 'waterproof paper', 'weatherproof menus', or 'rip proof paper' weren't finding TerraSlate - they were finding competitors with weaker products but stronger SEO.

The COO later noted the results in a verified Clutch review: "an increase of over 400 top keywords, which is double their previous record high." That didn't happen by accident.
